Formal Living Area
Enter the villa into the 'colonial' theme living area. With its wooden floors and palms this room really has the WOW factor. The sitting area has a comfy sofabed, sofa and chair around a coffee table - great for quiet relaxation. The dining area has a large table with seats for eight.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for anything from preparing snacks and drinks to cooking a multi course dinner. Plates and glasses for indoors and outdoors. The separate utility room has a washer and dryer.
Family Room
The kitchen is open to the family room. The hub of the villa is decorated in a relaxed beach theme, and should make you feel in the vacation mood. A breakfast table and bar stools allow casual dining whilst looking though the patio doors to the private pool. Two sofas and a coffee table make this is a great place for the family to gather and watch the TV.
Bedrooms - all with TV and Bathrooms: All bedrooms have wooden floors which gives the tropical holiday feel as well as being cleaner than carpet.
Master Bedroom 1
The major Master Bedroom has a really relaxing and tropical feel to it. It has a king size bed and TV with DVD and VHS. Ensuite to a huge luxury bathroom with twin basins, corner tub, large shower room and WC room.

Older Children
The older kids will love our games room. They can challenge each other to darts, table football, pool or table tennis. Guests are welcome to use our Nintendo Wii.
