We are located one block from the harbor and walking distance to restaurants, shops and Bowens Wharf. We have a park a block away and are also walking distance to the cliffwalk as well as beaches. In town you will find lots of things to do: renting a sailboat, taking a boat tour, going to Block Island for the day from Fort Adams which is very close by, eating outside at the many waterside restaurants, shopping in many of Newports trendy stores as well as a quick drive to supermarkets, movie theaters, and antique shops. There is also fishing and boating options, renting mopeds to ride around the island, touring the beautiful Newport Mansions, or just taking a beautiful drive following the waterfront. There are also various activities that go on all year long in Newport with lots of festivals, boating shows, etc. Fall is absolutely beautiful here and taking a stroll to town and dining in the various restaurants is a pleasure this time of year.
