Direct oceanfront on the non-driving section of the beach and just minutes from the Canaveral Seashore national park. Located in a building with only 20 units, go from covered parking, through a secure door and up an elevator to this fourth-floor showplace. Three large bedrooms, two with views of the Intercoastal Waterway and the master with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. Fresh, new linens and sheets in every room, and new plates, glasses, silverware and utensils in the spacious kitchen. A large dining area features both a counter with seating for four and a large dining room table with seating for 8. A comfortable sitting area offers stunning views of the ocean with floor-to-ceiling glass leading out to a private balcony. A large-screen television with cable is available for your entertainment, along with a DVD and VCR player and Ipod Dock. Tennis court and pool/hot tub on site.
