Near dozens of great golf courses, tennis, hiking in the White Tank Mountains, spring training baseball for several major league teams, pro hockey and pro football. Also near the Arrowhead Mall and restaurant district, and only 30 minutes from Phoenix and Scottsdale cultural activities. Sun City's Recreation Centers access available for an additional fee ($210), and only 2 blocks away. Rec Centers include pools, workout rooms, mini golf, discounts at the 5 Sun City golf courses, etc.
Condo is fully furnished, with washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.
The TV room is equipped with a 42' High definition TV, and DVD player.
