You will be greeted by our property manager ,Propertywatch, they present you with a FREE Annual membership to the Grand Strand Golf Assn. which will provide discounts on golf and dining at over 100 courses and 150 restaurants. Our condo has 2 queen beds in the Villa bedroom and 2 queen beds in the mini-suite . Located In the River Creek II section, you will look out your window across the Dan Maples 18, the Calabash Creek, the Rees Jones number 4 and see an incredible display of wildlife.Three golf courses are located at the resort. There are three championship golf courses (Dan Maples, Willard Byrd, and Rees Jones) on site, plus another 30 courses within a 15 minute drive. The condo is located about ten miles north of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and 50 miles south of Wilmington, North Carolina.
