Kirk Manor is a spacious and gracious fully air-conditioned 7 bedroom Disney villa, located in the perfect spot in the exclusive Emerald Island Resort community. We are less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida, and with 7 bedrooms ( all having TV's) and 4.5 bathrooms this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for large families or groups of friends, sleeping up to 16 guests. The family room has a 42' flat screen TV DVD/VCR with surround sound and free wireless internet. The games room has a pool table, foosball and other family games. Soak up the rays in your private pool with spa having a child safety fence or just relax under the covered lanai and listen to the music of the birds. We have thought of everything..

We choose to buy a house in the exclusive Emerald Island Resort because it is a gated 24 hr manned community. It is also the closest vacation rentals housing resort to Walt Disney World and in an area close to everything.

Car: recommended

Kirk Manor is located in the exclusive Emerald Island Resort, which is within 5 minutes' drive of Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. One mile away is grocery shopping, dinning, and anything else you can think of. Target and Walmart are 2 miles away. For sports enthusiasts, there are several highly regarded golf courses within a very short drive. In addition to Disney World, attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Aquatica and The Holy Land are easily accessed via the I-4 junction just minutes away from the house. Kennedy Space Centre is an hour's drive away on the Atlantic Coast along with famous beaches such as Cocoa Beach. Busch Gardens in Tampa is an hour's drive towards the Gulf coast.

We had a great time. The house is absolutely fabulous and everything in the house was brand new. It is absolutely beautiful and the owners were very friendly and helpful. When we visit Disney again we will definitely return to this house. The location was perfect, close to everything we could want. The pool was huge and the games room stunning. The kids really had a lot of fun. Hope to be back soon!!!!!!!!

GREAT VACATION HOME

This house had everything you need. It was clean and it was roomy. We had 12 in our party with 6 kids aged 4 -13 and noone was bored. The home is like 7 minutes from Disney ad 15 minutes to Universal studios. Shopping (all type groceries, souveniers, department stores) all are right around the corner. The kids and adults loved the pool area, The game room occupied the indoor time. Tv in every bedroom. plenty of personal time was available in this big house. The gated community gave a real resort feel while the house offered the comforts of home. Would definitely do this again. never thinking Hotel or motel again.

Fantastic Villa

Great property, plenty of space, even when fully occupied with 16 family and friends. The kids loved the pool and the games room. Plenty of crockery and cooking utensils, which rental properties often lack. Fantastic location, close to theme parks and plenty of restaurants as well as having a clubhouse on site.
Brilliant all round !!

We really enjoyed staying at this very large home. It had a lot of room and it was very clean. 8 adults and 8 children in this home and still had plenty of room.

This is a beautiful home and we will recommend it to our friends and family.

This was a great trip and the house was absolutely beautiful. If we ever do this again we will definately stay here. It has everything you will need and a wonderful location close to everything, including theme parks and shopping. Thank you for all the great memories. The kids really enjoyed the games room.
