Fjell House is an open air West Indies house with air conditioned bedrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops, coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric range, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Full size washer and dryer are present. Dining room has a full marble top table. Living room is huge with beautiful view of Buck Island. There is a 46' Sony Bravia HDNA LCD HDTV 1080p and Blue Ray DVD player. With Dish Satellite you will not have to miss any basketball game or sports activities!! There are four bedrooms and four full bathrooms (one bathroom 'kid kottage' is outside completely!!) Two separate large bedrooms include: king size Sealy posturepedic mattresses firm euro pillow top. Fjell House has been the scene for countless weddings, anniversaries, and family reunions for years. You can feel the 'love' in the House!!

Notes: Fjell House is a West Indies open air architectural house. By design, it is open. The tradewinds and mahogany trees help to shade and keep these areas comfortable. There are also ceiling fans present. It is recommended that the tenant have sun screen and bug repellent. The bedrooms are air conditioned for comfortable sleeping. The back yard offers a beautiful view of the Caribbean to Buck Island. On a clear day you can see St. Thomas.

There is a queen size futon in one room that can be turned into a bed. The four bathrooms have showers, private toilets and vanity sinks. In the cottage, there are two bedrooms, one has queen size bed, and the other room we call the 'kid kottage room' which has four twin beds, Wii and television, and an outside bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink for the cottage. There is an outside courtyard with two mahogany trees casting shade on the property and keeping it cool during the heat of the day. There is also an outside generator for the property.

Our backyard contains a kidney shaped pool (15'x30') with a diving board. There is ample lounging chairs and tables present for backyard cookouts and fun. We have a rope hammock between palm trees in the back yard. The sandy beach is wonderful for shell collecting, snorkeling and working on your sun tan. The backyard is a wonderful place to get married during sunset!!!

The view to Buck Island is breathtaking watching the sailboats go by, the parasailers, and kite boarders. Fjell House is conveniently located between golf courses, marinas, restaurants, tennis, and casinos.

Golf: There are three championship 18 hole golf courses within 20 minutes of our property. Tee times and golf club rentals can be easily reserved for a pleasurable day golfing.
