Our beautiful beach home sits perched 150 feet above the Pacific Ocean on a private 1/2 acre with sweeping whitewater views of the ocean & the Point Arena Lighthouse from almost every window! Enjoy beautiful sunsets on our expansive deck. Sip your morning coffee in our sun room. Lounge in the private hot tub under the stars. Or if you prefer, curl up in front of a roaring fire with a good book & watch TV on our 42' flat screen HDTV.

Our home features a lovely master suite with ocean views & immediate hot tub access, plush pillow top mattresses with premium linens & down comforters, wireless Internet access, high end home entertainment system with 42' HDTV,vaulted ceilings, many windows, skylights in every room, a large fully equipped & well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Our home was inspired by Coastal Living Magazine and boasts antiques, large stone fireplace & original coastal artwork. Our yard and the surrounding area is a birdwatcher's & nature lover's paradise!

Beautiful Private Beach: You will have access to our community's beautiful private access beach with over 5 miles of sandy beach for long strolls, surf fishing and exploring tide pools. The beach is a 5 minute walk or can be accessed by car with our electronic gate pass.

Manchester is 4 miles south with a full size grocery store. Historic Point Arena and its lighthouse is 7 miles south with a bakery, theater, restaurants, fishing pier and wildlife sanctuary. Mendocino is 45 minutes north with shops, restaurants, music festivals. Fort Bragg is 10 minutes north of Mendocino and has a wonderful organic market, along with a local brewery and a picturesque harbor where you can take fishing trips as well as whale watching tours. Other activities that the area has to offer are hiking, biking, wine-tasting, golf, fishing, museums, boating, surfing, rafting, bird watching, horseback riding, sightseeing, tide-pooling, beach combing and driftwood collecting.

Quality time with my son and dog!

We love this place right upon the first glance when we arrived around sunset. It's very cozy yet spacious, I love the sun room where I spend two whole morning doing work without problem and thanks to the wifi Internet made my holiday and work combined possible. It's a pleasure to work at the same time to indulge the scenic view of Irish Beach from the sunroom. My boy loves the hot tub and the pine trees beside hot tub makes it more fresh. Breakfast on deck is another wonderful thing to do in Paradise Found. I would like to give appraise to the owner for a lovely huge back yard where I visited every morning. Towels are sufficient and we got everything we need at the kitchen. The visit to private beach was so fun and my two boys enjoyed running with tides. Very convenient to purchase food supply and everything from local grocery store 4 miles away. Nice and quiet neighborhood for walk and biking a little bit. Would love to come back again soon!

Fabulous New Year break with family

This is a truly stunning vacation rental and one of the nicest we've stayed at. Peaceful; very tastefully and aptly furnished - we all happily lounged around for much of the time and felt very at home. There's a lovely wood burning fire; well equipped kitchen, comfy beds with electric blankets; nice hot tub. Great place for 2 couples as each can have their own bathroom and although the master bed has a king, the second bedroom is very cosy and I would have been happy in either room. The beach is beautiful. Would highly recommend this property and we really hope to return again. It was perfect.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Paradise Found. The home is in excellent condition and we had plenty of everything we needed. The view is so beautiful and relaxing. The hot tub was great! Centrally located for site-seeing along the northern coast.

Wow! Just wow! This vacation home is amazing and HAS IT ALL!
~Immaculately clean
~~Smells wonderful
~Great instructions provided on how to get there, how to operate home, and things to see while there
~~Spacious kitchen that is well stocked with basics and cookware
~Wildlife all around
~~Big clean hot tub
~Great View
~~Small town (I believe the sign said it was around pop. 472 or so)
~Great local culture

I highly recommend this rental and will be back for sure next year! Local market is kind of pricey on frozen/processed foods - BUT steaks and fresh meats are pretty cheap and there is a propane bbq at house.

Point arena lighthouse tour is a must - BUT stretch well before you go up!

The deer in the yard are not camera shy. You can hear a bullfrog under the deck

Local garage in Elk will check over your car for $20 before you leave
Beach is amazing - views are incredible!

Word of advice - FOLLOW owners directions to come up - Navigators may route you on a harder route (harder on the car and your nerves) - that's what ours did coming in. Followed her directions to the letter going out and couldn't believe how easy and how BEAUTIFUL the ride out was.

Fireplace is perfect at night and adds to the romance factor. Hot tub is warm enough to sit in even in cold weather.

Coming from Las Vegas this trip was just what I needed to get away from the bustle of traffic and work. This home has everything you need! I just cannot express how thankful I am to have found it. I can say that I have recommended it to my friends and my mom - so it has my seal of approval!

To the owners - thank you so much for allowing us into your home. It is beautiful and I truly appreciated all the hard work you have put into the house and making our stay wonderful. We will be back again if you will have us. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Paradise Found was wonderful! Amazing ocean view from the deck and the house has everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. Very comfortable house - you walk in the front door and immediately feel at home.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
