This is a wonderful Luna Di Lusso condo at Lake Las Vegas. It is considered a 'partial lake view' unit and is nicely furnished and in great condition. This condo does not get rented through Aston and has several upgrades compared to standard units, including a Sub Zero fridge and high end linens and towels. It has a private balcony, from which you can see the lake and the village. There are lots of activities in and around Lake Las Vegas, something for everyone.
This is the largest 1br model available, at 712 square feet. It has a kitchenette with an under counter ref/freezer w/ ice maker, a two burner cook top and a large microwave. It has an oversize dining/living area in lieu of the full size kitchen.

I really love being able to be fairly close to all the action in Las Vegas, but stay in a quiet area with lots of family activities as well.
The Luna complex has a really nice pool and spa area and you are within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, spas, and more. If you don't want to go out, you can get room service directly to this unit.
We have stayed in vrbo properties many times in the past and have always preferred them to hotels, so we were very happy to discover Mike's property in Lake Las Vegas, particularly as we were looking for a location away from "the strip." Mike's condo was attractive, well-equipped and comfortable. The shower is wonderful! LLV is relatively quiet, surrounded by easily accessible walking/hiking trails and a quaint, Tuscan-themed shopping/restaurant area. Unfortunately, some of the retail shops have closed due to the declining economy, but the village is still enjoyable and the Italian restaurant was so appealing to us that we dined there three times during a 10-day stay. LLV is within 1/2 hour's drive from "the strip", less than 1/2 hour's drive to Hoover Dam and Boulder City, and approximately 1 hour's drive to the Valley of Fire (a "not-to-be-missed" spectacular drive through the desert and our favourite place near LV to hike and explore.) Mike was easily accessible via e-mail and responded quickly to any enquiries/concerns. Were it not for a few minor cleaning issues in the kitchen area on our arrival, we would have given Mike's condo a 5-star rating. Mike was appreciative to learn of these concerns and has quickly addressed them. We would certainly stay at Mike's condo again should we be fortunate enough to be able to return to the Vegas area.
Our road trip from New Hampshire to Lake Las Vegas didn't start out so great, due to lots of rain, sleet and snow and a bout with the flu, but once we arrived and got settled in we were pleasantly surprised at how peaceful and comfortable the condo was. Mike couldn't have been more helpful no matter what problem arose, everything was taken care of right away, luckily by e-mails and phone. Love the area and everything Mike recommended was more than we expected. We are sure that this condo would be top on our list of places to return to in the future. The village looks like it is starting to make a comeback, not a lot open, but with the golf course re-opening it might bring new life to the marina area.
We spent Christmas and New Year's Eve in the condo wanting to escape the cold in Minnesota. We were looking for some place away from the strip, which offered us a gateway to the wonderful nature in the area. This is our second time at LLV, and we highly recommend it. Our first time here, we lodged at the Westin, but we prefer the convenience of the condo. Our teenager enjoyed the fitness center and hot tub. There is a very good Italian eatery in the village.
Mike was very responsive to our emails and allowed us to stay past the check-out time due to our late flight.
Just got back to Canada yesterday from staying at this great Lake Las Vegas condo. It was exactly what we were looking for. The condo is clean and spacious and the building is immaculate. Mike was awesome when it came to responding to emails. He told us of 1 place to go (Big Horn Park) on Lake Mead and it was 1 of our favourite places we went to on our trip! The grounds are quiet and quaint. People are nice. No bells and whistles of the Strip. My husband was relieved we stayed at this condo (The whole trip was a surprise for his bday) and not in a hotel on the Strip. The drive to the Strip was only 25 mins. Far enough to escape the noise and lights and chaos. Great vacation!
Really felt like home away from home. Stayed for a weekend getaway with my wife. We barely left the condo. Pictures show truly how amazing the condo is. Owner was excellent also. Check in and Check out was very smooth. The price seems to good to be true for the condo. Will use again.
Mike's Place was simply amazing! Perfectly cleaned, well maintained unit with everything one needs to cook a meal. The unit is also right on the ground floor and the condo patio area leaves right to a walkway right to the pool! The pool is actually 2 pools, one bigger/deeper, the other smaller and there is also a hot tub. The condo is located in the heart of The Village which is a beautiful Italian like village with lots of shopping and dinning. Truly a remarkable place to visit! Mike is super accommodating, more so than any other person I've ever rented with, the transaction was seamless! I'll be back to visit again soon and will be sending others as well! :)
