Photos and Description of the Kirkwood vacation condo rental
Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 11)

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo directly across from chairs 5 and 6 at Kirkwood Meadows Ski Resort. The kitchen is recently fully remodeled. The condo is perfectly appointed for two families, one large family, or several friends. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a separate twin size trundle bed with a separate full bath. There is a middle bedroom with a queen size bed, and a half bath nearby. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, one with a double bed on the bottom. All bedrooms are upstairs. A large living area is attached to the kitchen on the main floor. Wi-Fi is available. Base camp is centrally located directly across from the Main Lodge.

About The Owner

My husband and I are co-owners of this condo with my parents. My husband and I have two kids, and are both veterinarians. My parents are semi-retired. My dad is a mediator. We live in the San Francisco Bay Area, my parents in Sonoma Co.

I have been going to the area all my life, summer and winter, and love it!

What makes this condo unique

We love the low-key atmosphere of Kirkwood and the convenience of the location of our unit. Our unit has one of the best views of the meadow between the resort and Hwy 88, as well as Diamond Peak, overlooking the meadow.

The view was beautiful and made our stay very memoriable with the sun coming up over the far off peaks! The unit was very clean and comfortable. I would return. The skiing and outdoor activities were great for a family.

We stayed at this condo a few weekends ago. There are nothing but positive things to say! It is very clean and spacious (we had 11 people) and we never felt overly crowded. The views are amazing from the deck! So much to do and see in the area, we will definitely want to go back! The owner was great about giving us suggestions of where to go and what to see! Thank you!

We stayed here a few weeks ago and really enjoyed our experience. It's so close to the lifts and convenient to run to have a quick lunch... just a quick walk from the village. The place was spotless and very neatly organized. The place was already warmed up when we arrived and there was wood there for us to use. There was plenty of room for everyone and their gear. I can't enough about how clean the place was and the kitchen was well stocked with almost every utensil/cookware you need. I highly recommend staying here!

Very nice warm and comfortable condo with great location. Owners have considered several of the little things that make a difference for a great vacation. Short walk to everything and right on the meadow for some great snow fun.

Really terrific condo. Very clean,well
maintained, and furnished more stylishly
than any condo I have seen in Tahoe.
Plenty of beds, full size dining table,
tons of DVDs, and a toasty fire to warm
you at the end of a long day skiing.
This condo is a corner unit so it gets
tons of light and it is literally across
the street from the 5 & 6 chairs.

So much more friendly to rent a condo
from a family rather than going through
the Kirkwood lodging management.

Beginner and Intermediate skiers, be
sure to find your way to the Tunnel of
Doom on chair 7. So much fun!
