Walking distance to Shopping Center and Theatre. A short drive to the beach for great snorkeling and sun bathing. Full kitchen with all the amenities needed. Minutes from the picturesque town of Kailua-Kona, where you will find restaurants, shops & beautiful beaches. Relax and enjoy the ocean sunset on your private lanai with a full ocean view and overlooking the rolling, lush, green Kona Country Cub golf course.  Enjoy the beaches, snorkel, swim with the dolphins, play golf, or take a day trip to the volcanoes. The Country Club Villa is walking distance to the Keauhou Shopping Center, and the Sheraton Resort in Keauhou Bay. The unit sleeps 6 and has a large master bedroom with private bath, guest room and twin beds, guest bath, queen-size sofa-bed, in-home washer and dryer, and a barbeque on the lanai.

The condo has been completely refurbished with a fully upgraded kitchen and baths, new carpeting, window coverings, and beautiful new furniture. As part of the County Club Villa Resort you’ll enjoy use of three swimming pools, each with jacuzzi, tennis courts, and golf facilities. This unit is a “bridge” unit with easy access to parking without the bother of stairs. Rentals are a minimum of 7 days or can be reserved for a month, depending on the availability.
