The apartment is nicely situated in a romantic old mountain-village, very typical for the northern Italian Alps. It is only 2.5 miles to the lakeside with lots of spots for swimming. You will have your own garden and open fire place in the living-room and will spend your vacation in a very quiet and pleasant surrounding.

The lodge is situated in a romantic old mountain-village, very quiet, but only a few minutes by car to the lake. There is a cute 'trattoria' with a breathtaking view on the lake. 'Mama' is the chef - one of the best places around for good old Italian Cuisine.

In der Gesamtbewertung war es für uns (2 Erwachsene, 47 und 59 Jahre) ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Als Wanderer sind wir voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen geräumig und großzügig, die Ausstattung schlicht und funktionell. Die Aussichten sind grandios, die Anfahrt von Maccagno aufgrund der engen Straße nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Da die Wohnung im Wohnzimmer mit mehreren Teppichen ausgestattet ist, wäre ein Staubsauger nützlich. Die in der Wohnung ausliegenden logistischen Hinweise (Müllentsorgung, Gasboiler) sollten unbedingt aktualisiert und der Fernseher repariert oder noch besser durch einen CD-Player ersetzt werden. Vielleicht ließe sich auch das Quietschen des ansonsten akzeptablen Bettes abstellen. Schön wäre auch, wenn die offensichtlich abgehängten Bilder ersetzt werden könnten, es wirkt sonst so, als wäre man mitten im Umzug. Dennoch: ein sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil, wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Im Dorf aber mit Blick und Ruhe

Im August habe ich mit meiner Familie in der Casa Brunhilde geurlaubt.
Die Betreuung war gut. Das Haus einfach aber passend eingerichtet. Gute Betten ;-)
Im großen Garten konnte unser Hund tollen, ohne zu stören.
Zum See sind es zwar 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, dafür ist das Haus aber preiswerter als die Häuser, wo wir früher waren.
Das Dorf selbst ist alleine einen Urlaub wert für ruhebedürftige Großstädter
Hinweis an den Eigentümer: ein Gedeck mehr, wäre hilfreich.
Wir würden wiederkommen

Wohnung und Aussicht sehr gut und ruhig. Vermieter freundlich spricht aber nur englisch oder Italienisch, sehr kleine Sitzbadewanne TV nur italienisch, ist kein Ferienhaus nur eine Wohnung. Grosser Nachteil wenn man sein Gepäck in die Wohnung bringen will, muss man 39 Stufen den Hang hinab laufen. Wohnung ist gut für Menschen die gut zu Fuss sind und gerne in den Bergen wandern. Parkmöglichkeit für Auto entweder ca 200 m auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz oder neben der kleinen Straße oberhalb vom Haus.
