Very upscale log cabin/with white leather couches and Tiffany lamps throughout. Spacious with a wonderful library of books and VCR/DVD . Enjoy a fire, in the chiminea, hike on the Appalachian Trail/Skyline Drive trails, horse back riding or climb Old Rag Mountain. Bike Clubs come to our area, for sponsored events biking beautiful, scenic country lanes. We are close to five renowned winery/vineyards in the area,. Additional great wineries are located within 20 miles from the Cabin At The Mill. The cabin is pure magic, situated on 11 acres of private property, including our own private stream. A couple of mountain bikes will take you down country roads to view bald eagles, hawks, red fox, wild turkey, black bear, and wildlife you would not normally get a chance to see. We are close to the famous Washington, Virginia, home of 'The Inn at Little Washington,' and Skyline Drive is wonderfully convenient. Won't you join us + we want to share!   • All of the beds have tempurapedic mattress', for a great nights sleep. There is no need to invest in white sound on the property because there is noting like hearing the sound of our stream [at night] with your windows wide open and soft, gentle breezes, in the Spring and Fall. If it is too hot in mid summer, the cabin has central airconditioning to make your stay perfect. If you cannot sleep like a baby out here, you seriously need to see your doctor. We encourage you to spend an evening under the star on the cabin deck with a fire going in the chiminea. If all this is not exactly your idea of a cabin experience, we also provide a hammock and hammock chair to swing the hours away with a nap or good book. Or perhaps you would rather spend time on porches hanging swing/bench looking out onto the stream or peaceful green meadow on either side of the cabin. You never know what wildlife creature you might see that day. We welcome well behaved family dogs so it will be a perfect time
