Adorable 2,700 square foot home that overlooks the sunsets on Lake June. Lake June has approx. 3,600 acres and is excellent for fishing and water sports. This house is on the best part of the lake with large views and is across from the reserve. Huge screened in porch with rocking chairs and ping pong table. House and bathrooms have been updated. There is a large two car garage. Everything you need is in this spotless house. Beds are new too! Home sits on 3/4 acre. Large grill and cook-top for outside use. This nicely decorated house will offer memorable vacations! There is a new boat house with a lift for a pontoon boat, a lift for a ski boat, and a lift for a jet ski.
