Notes: We have a private association beach road that goes down to the waters edge with parking available. The key to the beach road gate is on the key ring with the keys to the cottage. We have at least 4 golf courses within a 10 min. drive of the cottage. The association beach is over 1/4 mile long and never too crowded. 'Beeches' is away from it all , but close to everything!

Fabulous 40 Fun!!

We had a girls getaway weekend at Beeches and had an absolutely fantastic time! Bob took the time to show us everything in the house and in the surrounding area. We relaxed, had a few glasses of wine and went shopping in Saugatuk. We had the best birthday present all together and would love to come back again to relax!
There was plenty of room for all 4 of us, a great kitchen and wonderful firepit out back! Even when it rained we were able to enjoy the outdoors because the trees provided a canopy so we didn't get wet and the fire didn't go out!
We also enjoyed the beach and the shoreline- breathtaking!

Great Experience

My wife and I were looking for a peaceful and relaxing place, and we found it here. The beautiful A-frame cottage located in a wooded setting has everything you need, with a short walk to the beach. It's clean and well kept. We spent days on the pristine beach, cooked dinner at night and sat by the fire. It's also short drive to Saugatuck and neighboring towns. Didn't want to leave, but left feeling refreshed. Highly recommended for romantic getaway or family vacation.

Complete relaxation

This is our second year and second property with these owners. You will not find more thoughtful and accommodating hosts. The cottage was roomy enough for myself and 4 boys without anyone stepping on another. The beauty and quiet of this area is amazing and brings real peace. The private beach is marvelous! We basically spent a week going to the beach, grilling, reading and napping. Anyone would love this property and I intend to come back next year.

Quiet and Spotless!

We just got back from our 2nd stay at "Beeches". The cottage is absolutely amazing! Completely spotless and it has everything you need. We enjoyed BBQ'ing, smores in the firepit, and walks on the private beach. The area is very peaceful and quiet. The Glenn Corner store and the Glenn restaurant are very accessible and have good hours for last minute needs. For us it is the perfect location....a low-key and quiet area that is a quick drive to the "action" of Saugatuck. My husband and I do not have kids, but this is also a great location for family getaways.

Bob the owner is very friendly. He responds very quickly to emails and is easy to reach.

We look forward to our next stay.

This was the best experience I have had renting from someone. Everything about the cabin was explained to us in detail down to where every light switch. He even took us around the area we were staying at and showed us how to access the lake and the look out area. Great gentleman to rent from. Place was VERY clean, near to everywhere we wanted to go to and resturant suggestions were made. Glad we got that, for we ate at some wonderful places. Customer service beyond what was called for. I highly recommmend this place to anyone wanting a nice wood area where the can build a fire at night.
