Mesquite is conveniently located on Interstate 15, just 80 miles from Las Vegas and 36 miles from St. George, Utah. Beautiful sunsets and unsurpassed vistas abound. Within a couple hours drive you can hike Zion Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon or visit the Valley of Fire. If nightlife is your game Mesquite has a number of casinos resorts offering excitement 24 hours, every day of the year.

This condo location is perfect for the golf in you due to the proximity to the golf courses. Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill, which has a huge play structure, sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, bbq area, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass. We stayed at this property for three weeks and loved it!. It began with an excellent property manager who was not only very friendly but extremely helpful. The space was clean and had great amenities. The beds were soft but comfortable. The only down side to the property was being the main floor. The structure does not have great sound proofing and noisy upstairs neighbours stomping around did eventually become a little annoying.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
