Living Area:
Our spacious condominium home is a light, airy first floor end unit offering beautiful north and east unobstructed views of the ocean. The access stairs to the quiet uncrowded no-drive beach are a just few steps across A1A from the unit. We are continually upgrading and adding to the condo for your comfort and enjoyment. We recognize the importance of your vacation time and strive to give you great value and friendly prompt replies and service. The Living Room features a 27 inch TV with cable and remote, DVD, comfortable sectional with sleeper sofa. A sliding glass door opens to the wrap around balcony which offers seating to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and ocean view.
Bedrooms and Baths:
After a day at the beach, pool or sightseeing, you will appreciate the Master Suite with two ocean views: the comfortable queen bed, cable TV with remote, ample storage and walk-in closet, and its own Bathroom with large shower. The second cozy Bedroom offers two twin beds,cable TV with remote, ample storage and walk-in closet. The second Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both Bedrooms and Bathrooms feature quality linens. If needed, the living room sofa converts to a queen sleeper.
Kitchen and Laundry:
'Well stocked' describes the kitchen with over the range microwave. Cooking, baking, and serving pans and utensils are supplied as well as coffee maker, blender, mixer, slow cooker and toaster. Everything you need to cook a little or a lot, your choice. The dining table accommodates four to six. Feel like eating out, try nearby restaurants such as Pip's Beachside Grill which is a pleasant 2 block walk away or drive a short distance to Betty's A1A or Alfie's. You will also appreciate the full size laundry facilities located within the condo.
