Need to getaway?! Retreat to C-Oats! Located on the southern end of Topsail Island with personal beach access and ocean front views. As soon as you step onto the large ocean front deck, you know where you will spend most of your time here! Relaxing in the sun, feeling the ocean breezes, and catching glimpse of the dolphins as they go by. There is a spacious living room and dining area for the indoor activities. A fully equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer are all located on the same level with living area and bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as the second bedroom. There are two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is an enclosed outdoor shower on the covered deck with picnic table and rocking chairs - relax & enjoy! 'Winter Special' $595 for open weeks December through February 2012.

We stayed at this house a couple of weeks ago and we had the best time ever! The management company was great! Highly recommend this house it's clean and ocean front. Can't wait to return!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
