Our new rental home Ocean's Ten is a 2-story 4BR/4.5 BA raised beach house, approximately 2 min. walk to ocean, newly furnished, sleeps 16 (8 beds), new 5000-gallon private pool (~20’ x 10‘ x 5‘ deep) fenced in back yard, and located in Garden City Beach, SC. Approx. 10-min. drive to south Myrtle Beach. House located between Surfside Beach Pier and Garden City Beach pier. Exceptionally nice, near ocean raised beach house, sleeps 16 max. Property Description: Rental house is on 12' stilts, 1 block from ocean, approximately 2-minute walk to beach! House is privately owned and within walking distance to the oceanfront Conch Café restaurant. Our house portion is on the east side (126A) closest to beach of the 126 Woodland Townhouse Horizontal Property Regime or Duplex. Our large master bedroom is upstairs with a balcony overlooking yard. Must be single family(s), over 22, no pets, no smoking, and 16 people max.

  • Our large master bedroom is upstairs with a balcony overlooking front yard and nice neighborhood near beach! Master bedroom has light yellow walls and white trim and has a white wicker queen bed, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest, wall mirror, yellow chair and 30' color cable tv and DVD. Second bedroom upstairs is painted in Bermuda green with white trim and has a white wicker queen bed, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest. The third large bedroom upstairs is painted light blue with white trim and has 2 white wicker queen beds, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest. Our fourth large bedroom is downstairs and is painted light blue with white trim and has a balcony and porch overlooking private pool in backyard, 2 white wicker queen beds and walk in full bath with tub, 19” color cable tv with stereo.

  • Our rental house has three porches (two in front and one in back), private pool, 4 large bedrooms with 8 beds (6 queen beds and 2 double size futons in den). 2 master suites, 4.5 full baths (3 upstairs and 1.5 downstairs) and sleeps 16. Covered 4-car parking under house. New hardwood floors in den, dining and kitchen areas. 2600 heated square feet, 2800 total square feet. Lot size is approx. 5550 square feet. Brand new house was built and completed in December 2008. Painted in 'Beachy' Bermuda colors. House was never lived in prior to new owners - Hines purchasing it in August 2009 and renting it (weekly rentals from April through September, and monthly rentals from October through March). All furniture, appliances, decor, pool, everything in home is brand new! No Pets, No Smoking, Renter must be 1-3 single families (no singles or groups), over 22 years old and maximum of 16 people. Approximately, $900,000+ house/lot value! Up to $300 off weekly rates!

Fenced in back yard with private pool and great for sunning all day. Spend your lazy days sitting on the front porch peeking at the ocean or the BIG back porch overlooking the pool. So close to the beach that you won’t even need a golf cart. Rate includes all taxes, utilities, clean linens, clean towels, professional cleaning before and after your stay and no other costs. Beautiful, brand new vacation home located in the Bermuda Bay section of Oceanside Village at Surfside Beach, just south of Myrtle Beach. This 3 level Bermuda style house includes 2 separate fully-functional living areas. The upper level offers an exceptionally well furnished kitchen, dining area and living room along with 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, second bedroom has a queen and Futon, and bedroom on third level has two futon bunk beds with sleeping for six! Each bedroom has a separate full bathroom attached. Estimated value of home is $600,000! The beautiful front porch offers an inviting view of the Bermuda style neighborhood. The lower level is also very well furnished with a full kitchen, living area.

Myrtle Beach getaway

Our stay at this home was absolutely fabulous. The house was perfectly situated - a short walk to the beach, lovely pool in the backyard and nearby attractions easy to reach. I stayed at the house with my husband, children and grandchildren and every one of us had the best time. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone.

Family Vacation!!

Our stay for the week of July 23rd thru the 30th was great. Absolutely loved this house. It was more than I expected, pictures does not give this house justice. The walk to the beach was not bad. I would recommend this place to anyone. All the members of my family really enjoyed having their own room with a private bath. Hope to return again.

Second great year at Ocean's Ten!

This is our second year of staying at Ocean's Ten. This house is absolutely beautiful and the owner continues to improve and upgrade the property. This house has everything you need from ample bedrooms and bathrooms to multiple decks and a great outdoor pool. Don't forget you are very short walk to the beach in a very nice neighborhood. You are close to all the attractions in the area and just a short trip down to historic Georgetown.

The owner takes pride in his properties and is very easy to work with and contact. There is not a better value our there. The owner provides a flat rate for everything including cleaning and linens so you don't have to worry about any surprise charges.

Thanks for sharing your property with us for a second year, we hope to make it a third!

Great vacation with friends

We rented from Mr. Hines this past July. This house is great. Very spacious, the bedrooms were huge. We had 3 families and everybody had more than enough room. Walk to the beach was not bad either. Has a place to park your golf cart right at the beach access. Mr Hines was very easy to deal with.

Family Vacation!

My mom, stepdad, sister, her family and my family stayed comfortably in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed from utensils to coffee maker to washer/dryer. The walk to the beach was short and all of the kids were able to walk the whole way!! Those of you with kids can appreciate that!! The only downside to this property was the no pet rule. We have 2 pups that love the water but had to stay in PA. All in all it was a wonderful vacation and the house was just right!! Thanks!!!
