Delightful decoration. Freshly renovated historical building from 1911. Close (50 m) to the underground station Prinzregentenplatz (U4) and to the museum's bus line (100). Within 5 minutes in the city centre, 20 minutes in the Munich Trade Fair centre and 45 minutes in the Munich International Airport. Bike for city tours included free of charge. Ideal accommodation for tourism, business and relocation. Linen and towels provided. Central heating. LCD-TV with local and international channels. No minimum of nights required. Kitchen & Living room, bedroom and bathroom. Cooker, Oven, Fridge, coffee machine & Microwave. Wide restaurants offer in the area, both Bavarian and international cuisine. 100 meter to the Prinzregenten theatre. German, English and Spanish spoken.

This apartments is located at the Prinzregenten square in Bogenhausen, Munich. Some of the atractions in the area are the Prinzregententheater, the fine arts museums Villa Stuck and the Haus der Kunst. The Deutsches Museum is not far away. The Isar river and the Englischer Garten with it's delightful walking ways are only in 15 min walking distance. The museums bus line will take you to the most importante museums of Munich (Alte Pinakothek, Neue Pinakothek, Pinakothek der Moderne, Glyptothek and Lenbachhaus). For a sunny smmingpool bath in summer or an ice skating in winter visit the Prinzregentenstadion, 100 meters away. Famous bavarian restaurants like the Hofbräukeller or even the Hofbräuhaus are reached within a few minutes. The Marienplatz with it's historical and shopping area are reached in 10 min with the subway. The Olimpic Center (Olimpiazentrum, Olimpiahalle) or the BMW Museum, are reached in less than 20 min. The Bayer Munich Stadium - Allianz Arena is reached in 30 min.

We had a great stay in the apartment, Prague II. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 6. It is clean, warm and has been newly renovated so all new appliances, bathroom, etc. The owner was very accommodating and attentive to our needs -- we emailed him with a concern and it was taken care of very quickly. The location was great and very accessible. It is 2 minutes outside of a U-bahn stop which takes you to Munich's city centre in just a few stops. I would highly recommend!
Owner's Response: Amy and her family were great guests. It was a pleasure to communicate with them. They treated the apartment very well and leaved it in very good conditions. I really wish all my guest were like this family. Anytime welcome again in my properties in Munich.

Christmas Market Visit

The apartment was represented correctly on the web site. It was very clean and comfortable. We parked our rental car the 4 days we were in Munich, the train was very convenient. There was even a little gift for us when we arrived. Alex was pleasant to work with, answering all my questions before we arrived. We hope to have an opportunity to return to Munich and will definitely try to stay in Alex's apartment again! My only suggestion is to have instructions how to use the clothes washer/dryer, we never did figure out how to use it, very different from what we have in the U.S.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Lynn and her family were great guests. They were very friendly in the communication and treatment. They leaved the apartment in very well conditions and were responsible during their stay. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent apartment for Munich holiday

The apartment is very stylish and in a great location. The area is quiet and restful and everything you need is handy. We stayed at Christmas time and Alex left us Gluhwein and Christmas cake. It is easy to get to town and to find everything as Alex left an easy to read map with all essential locations marked. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable and convenient holiday in Munich.

Lovely and quiet

I was in town to experience the city and a bit of Oktoberfest. D'Alex was very helpful to get em to the flat, and answered all my questions quickly and perfectly. The flat itself was quiet, clean, and in a great location -- right around the corner from a U-bahn stop, and a short walk to necessities like grocery stores and laundry. It was a relaxing place to spend my nights after wonderful days exploring the city. If I make it back to Germany, I fully intend to look up the D'Alex rentals and try to book one where I travel!
Owner's Response: Very friendly and respectful guest. It was a pleasure to communicate with her, and she treated the apartment as if it were her own home. I can recommend this guest to any apartment owner in the world without hesitation.
