On the wrap-around screened porch with French doors that open to the ocean you will enjoy the breezes that gave this house its name. From the tower porch you will enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean, river and marsh. With comfortable accommodations for up to twelve people, Folly Breeze is an ideal vacation home. Folly Island is home to Charleston's original beach community. Folly is the closest beach to experience the rich southern history, vivid night life and famous cuisine of historic downtown Charleston.

Best Vacation home ever

This is the second year my family and I have come to Folly Breeze. This will most certainly be an annual tradition. The house is in immaculate condition and the perfect size for our family. My favorite part of the house is the screened in wrap-around porch. We spent all of our evenings sipping wine and all of of mornings sipping coffee out there. The screened in porch was a perfect place for my 2 year old son, as he could run around and play with his toys and we didn't have to worry about him getting hurt. I highly recommend this house for your stay at Folly Beach.

Amazing Family Vacation

Within an hour of arriving to this beautiful home, my shoulders dropped as the stress I was carrying melted away. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Our family of 4 stayed the week and extended family visited. My 6 and 3 yr old girls loved sleeping in the bunk beds and did not argue at all the entire week. They were to busy giggling! We had coffee and breakfast on the veranda every morning and snacks/drinks almost every afternoon. We walked, barefoot, across the road to the beach every day as the weather was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for home cooked meals. The beds were super comfortable and there was so much space! I actually cried as I locked the door the last time to come home. I'm so happy we found this house - so many happy memories were made during our time together. We hope to rent again!

Amazing weekend at Folly Breeze!

We had a group of 10 girls stay at Folly Breeze for Memorial Day weekend. As the person in charge of picking the house, I was nervous of how it would be in person and if everyone would like it. The house was AMAZING and far exceeded my expectations! Everyone loved it! The living room and kitchen area are more spacious than they appear in pictures and there is plenty of room for a big group. The rooftop porch is so much fun and was great in the morning for coffee and at night for the cocktails. The beach access is directly across the street and couldn't be more convenient. We had such a great time and I hope to be back soon!

Folly Breeze was perfect!

We visited Folly Breeze for a weekend in March, and while the weather was a little chilly, the house was perfect. It was a great get-away, large enough to accommodate our group and a great kitchen that served as the gathering area. Everyone was comfortable and had a wonderful time! The fact that it was right across the beach was incredibly convenient (despite the weather, we enjoyed walking down the coast), and we were still close enough to downtown Charleston to go for dinner/drinks. Folly Breeze was the perfect place for our vacation, and we will definitely be visiting again the future!

This house is the best, location is great, fenced in yard for pets or children, view is great. Very homey and comfortable. Screened in porch is great with rocking chairs. Love, Love, Love it!
