Boater’s Paradise is a 2500+ sq ft low country cottage with four bedrooms and comfortable sleeping capacity for up to 15 adults. There is a private dock in the backyard for fishing, crabbing or docking of your private boat. A boat ramp is less than 1 mile away. If you enjoy salt water fishing or private beach bathing, this is the place for you. Come discover the beautiful Georgia Isles and use Boater’s Paradise as your home base for all the Georgia coast has to offer. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom overlooks the dock and the beautiful Jericho River. It is a large room with a seating area for up to four people. This would be a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The master bathroom has a four person Jacuzzi as well as a stand-up shower.

We are on Deep Water property with a private dock!! There is a boat ramp about 1 mile from the house. Drop off your boat the first day and have access to the Ocean for the duration of your stay!

The master bedroom has a four-post queen sized bed. Queen Bedroom: The queen bedroom has beautiful local artwork with a queen-sized bedroom. It is adjacent the kitchen and dining room and shares a bathroom with the Twins Bedroom. Twins Bedroom: The Twins Bedroom has two very comfortable twin sized beds and sits quietly at the back of the house. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the queen bedroom and is adjacent the kitchen. Bonus Room: Who is going to take the bonus room? This room would be perfect for the children, but many adults would fight for this room too. It has a porch that overlooks the dock and Jericho River and as with the master bedroom, the bonus room has a seating area for four people. The bonus room would make a good place to entertain in the evening if people want to watch different TV programs or movies. There is a full bathroom with a sauna.

A sauna is one of the best ways to cleanse the body, especially after a day of sunbathing oils and lotions. Settle in and unpack your bags in the oversized walk-in closet. The bonus room has two queen-sized beds. Kitchen: The kitchen has place settings for up to 8 people. There is a large refrigerator, microwave and stove as well as other mini-appliance for your use. Save money by cooking at home. The property is directly adjacent Dolphin Island and is 3-miles off I-95 at exit 76 in Midway, Ga.
