House, 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 4.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8-11)

4500 square foot house on 1/2 Acer lot. 4 bedrooms, Large Bonus room with Theater.(can be used as 5th bedroom.) All bedrooms have Calif Kings or Queens. Desk with computer and High speed internet + (Wireless). 2 Car Garage, Large 55ft pool great for laps or water volleyball. (have everything for water volleyball, net and buoy lines. (professional setup) pool also has a underwater speaker and built in 6-8 man Jacuzzi . Large backyard Lawn area,(large enough for volleyball or bad mitten) BBQ area with large gas BBQ and large bar counter. Outside Flat Screen TV and outdoor speakers.

Pool has a build in cover - just turn a switch and the cover will automatically roll out and cover the entire pool. Strong enough cover to walk on.

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Master Bedroom with large bathroom, 3 other bedrooms upstairs. (all bedrooms have high end linens and comforters) High end gourmet kitchen with Large Gas Thermador Stainless 6 burner range, Large stainless KitchenAid refrigerator with ice maker. Top of the line built in Mille Coffee/Espresso maker, Mille steam oven, (great for Artichokes and vegetables)

Two KitchenAid Convection ovens, KitchenAid built in Microwave. Large Granite Island with 6 counter chairs. Kitchen opens up to TV room/living room with Gas/wood Fireplace and large projection TV and $5000 Human Touch Massage Chair. Surround sound system with speakers through out house inside and outside - (volume controls in each room)s Extra full sized refrigerator freezer in garage. Air conditioning.

If you like the BBQ I also have the Classic Green Egg BBQ. Great for slow cooking Ribs or Chicken

Extremely Clean, Well Organized Luxury Home--Perfect for Families!

We rented this house in June with our family of 5 who wanted very much to see Lego Land. Happily the house is an easy drive to there, as well as to the beach and all of the attractions of Carlsbad and surroundings. The house is SPOTLESSLY clean. Every drawer is marked to let you know what's where. The bedding is extremely comfortable with really nice sheets and lots of gorgeous, soft pillows. The pool area, where we spend most of our time, is lovely. Warm, clean, huge. The hot tub, which is right on the edge of the pool is super nice, as well as the yard where kids can play soccer, etc. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood of lots of well-groomed yards and people who clearly care about their properties. The coffee maker in the kitchen was a marvel--not something we are used to: fun capuchin making in the morning! You will feel very pampered here!

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful home and the owners. Brent and Cathy were so nice and accomodating. The home was simply cheerful, just like the owners. So clean with all the amenities we needed and more. Our kids and grandkids loved watching movies in the Theatre room at night. We all enjoed the pool and loved that we could cover it up when not in use. We love the area and hope to come back again next year. Thanks Brent and Cathy!!!!!

Amazing Home near San Diego Area

We had a wonderful experience staying at this gorgeous home during our family vacation. It truly felt like home. Brent and Cathy were extremely hospitable and helpful in every aspect. The home was clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Our kids loved watching movies at night on the cinema-size movie screen in the theater room. This home is located in an upscale, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. The zoo, safari park and Legoland are all within a very short drive. We look forward to our next vacation to San Diego and our next stay at this beautiful home. Thank you Brent and Cathy for everything!

Amazing House!

Brent was a great host for our group. 8 of us stayed at this beautiful home and we enjoyed every moment. We all made good use of both hot tubs, the pool, the gorgeous kitchen, the high definition projection tv upstairs and the massage chair. Brent really made us feel welcome by showing us around and explaining everything that we needed to know. He also helped us with a tee time at LaCosta! Nice touch to have a few beers in the fridge, some chips/salsa, shampoo, soap and all the towels we needed! Thanks for a great 4 days Brent!
