Lovely house, lovely owner, lovely experience!

My husband, brother and I stayed at this beautiful townhouse for 4 weeks this summer. Dawn, the owner, is so kind and attentive and has everything one could need in the house. The house is newly done, very clean, comfortable and spacious, with lots of light. It is very conveniently located, close to downtown, close to the beach and not far from the hills. We felt pleasantly at home while staying here and had completely privacy to come and go without disturbing the owner, given there is a dual entry. It was a really great experience staying at the De La Vina house and we would rent again in a heartbeat.
