Exactly at Described

We (a party of three) spent three days at Il Nespolo in Bologna. The apartment was exactly as represented, probably one of the highest concerns that many people have in renting a property.
The apartment is modern, spacious, and has all the amenities that you'd want. Add in the FREE wi-fi, the location in a nice neighborhood, and local bars and restaurants a few blocks away, and it was a perfect stay. Roberta, the owner, was kind in providing a few little snacks for arrival (fruit, crackers) and had some other information available for us.
Although the property is not in town, we got around without a rental car. We much prefer being away from the noise of a downtown area. The historic center is a short walk away (we like to walk) or catch the local bus for 1 Euro. One day we caught the train to Venice (a little over an hour on the Express), so it's also well situated for day trips.
If I was returning to Bologna, I would look for anywhere else - I'd definitely stay here again!

We take advantage of this reply to mention the great grocery store (actually one of the best deli shops in town), the two excellent restaurants, the delicious ice cream parlour, the biggest park in Bologna (Giardini Margherita), the tennis court and the swimming pool that are all walking distance. Together with the quality of our apartment, they are earning us more and more happy guests. Come back soon!
