You will feel so welcome to the Ocean Sound Villa at mile post 21 in South Nags Head! This property, newly renovated in 2009, has beautiful ocean and sound views and is just 800 feet from the ocean. You will be amazed with the beautiful sunrises and sunsets in this informal and quiet area on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Top level has a large spacious great room consisting of living room, kitchen and dining area; a full bath; adjacent den with will pull out queen size sofa; enclosed porch with seating; a sun porch with sliding glass doors is perfect for reading and gazing out to the sound. Middle level has a master bedroom with bath; three additional bedrooms and another full bath; and a complete laundry room. Ground floor level has a new, 5 person hot tub; parking for 4 cars; new basketball hoop; enclosed outdoor shower; beach chairs and a cart for lugging all of your stuff and even your small children to the beach.

The place was exactly as described. It looked even better than it looks in the photos provided. It is very close to the beach, it's less than 5 minutes walking. The amenities were great and the place feels new and modern. The price was great and fits 11 people very comfortably. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning to stay in Outer Banks for a nice beach vacation.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This is a well-appointed home with comfotable mattresses and great entertaining space! Also a short walk to the beach and great views of the ocean and sound! The kitchen was not dissapointing and the linens and towels were well above average! This is a great family home!
