This exclusively designed 3,700 square foot home was custom built by Peter Ministrelli. It is situated on an over-sized corner lot of 17,400 square feet. This home offers a very secluded, totally enclosed back patio-complete with large pool, adjacent spa, built in BBQ and fire pit. Your outdoor enjoyment and relaxing is made complete by a dual controlled sound system, complemented by waterfall spillway, and multiple fountain sprays as part of the pool. The entire setting overlooks the chocolate mountain range. Entrance is thru the gated front courtyard, complete with fountain, into this charmingly appointed home with travertine floors, granite and marble counter tops. The gourmet kitchen has viking stainless steel appliances, granite conters, and kitchen island, double ovens, wine refrigerator, warming drawer...every amenity necessary to make savory meals. Serving can be at the kitchen counter, the breakfast nook area, dining table, seats 8,or at the paito table, also seats 8.
