The apartment is very quiet and bright due to its large windows. Large enough with 75 square meters in the 6th floor of a modern building in the 19 Arrondissement. It has a living romm, 2 dormitories, kitchen, bathrom and toilette seperate. Every room can be accessed seperately. The large balcony views the back side and offers a very nice view over Paris. The furniture is modern and comfortable. The sleeping rooms have double beds for two people each. Beside the large sliding windows the apartment has electric heating, electric shutters, internet flatrate, computer with new laser printer, cable tv and stereo, wooden oder tile floors. Many built-in closets and the fitted kitchen offer a lot of space.

From the balcony you have a very typical view of the city of Paris: old bulidings and new ones are right next to each other. You can even see the tip of the Eiffel tower! The apartment is located between the Metro stations 'Jourdain', 'Place des Fêtes' and 'Botzaris' in the 19th Arr. close to the Park 'Buttes Chaumont'. Close by you will find all shops needed for getting a feeling of a typical French and Parisian atmosphere. Three times a week is market. Also Parametics and two hospitals are close.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in buntem Stadtteil

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern im Jugendalter) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu hat neben der schönen Wohnung insbesondere auch die sehr nette Vermieterin beigetragen. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig, ist komfortabel, gepflegt, hell und geräumig und für vier Personen sehr gut geeignet. Der Stadtteil Belleville ist multikulturell geprägt und gibt ein authentisches Bild der Stadt Paris jenseits der touristischen Pfade wieder. Uns hat der Stadtteil sehr gefallen. Auf ein Auto kann man gut verzichten. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, bis zur nächsten Metro-Station (davon gibt es gleich drei in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft) sind es maximal 5 Minuten, bis ins Zentrum von Paris dauert es keine Viertelstunde. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der französischen Metropole, wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen!

Eine Oase mitten in Paris

Es ist schon etwas länger her, als wir in dieser
sehr schönen, komfortablen, ruhigen, sehr gepflegten Wohnung ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Paris verbracht haben .
Es war immer eine große Wohltat in diese Oase,
nach erlebnisreichen Erkundung der schönen Stadt,
mit müden Füßen, aus dem Trubel, zurückzukehren.
Die Wohnung bietet einfach alles, was einen gelungenen
Städtetrip abrundet. Sie bietet genug Platz und allen Komfort um sich zu erholen.
Von uns bekommt die Wohnung 5 Sterne :-), denn sie
ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
Wir danken unsere lieben Vermieterin für ihre freundliche telefonische Betreuung, vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes und
wünschen ihr alles Gute.
Wenn wir wieder mal Paris besuchen, würden wir

Sehr schöne, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub in Paris erforderlich ist. Sie ist groß, bestens ausgestattet, sauber, hell und sehr ruhig. Mit 2 Schlafräumen ist sie auch für Familien geeignet. Hervorzuheben ist, dass zur Wohnung ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört, so dass die in Paris nicht einfache Suche nach einem Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung entfällt. In der Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und u. a. eine gute Pizzeria. die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist nur 5 Gehminiuten entfernt.
Die Vermieterin gibt Detailinformationen und Informationen zur Anfahrt.
