Scottsdale Desert Oasis is located in the heart of North Central Scottsdale, between Gainey Ranch and Paradise Valley. The property is wonderfully landscaped with large backyard complete with grass, Saltillo patio, herb garden, and mature fruit-bearing citrus trees. There are mature trees providing ample shade yet numerous planting beds with flowers rim the property. The front patio has a built-in seating bench and glass table for a lovely breakfast area. The oversized dining area with seating for eight has a view to the grassy backyard through triple French doors and two large windows. Separate pantry/laundry between kitchen and garage. 2 living areas, 2 patios, citrus, 3 TVs, 2 bath, 3 bedrooms. New tile floors, new oven/range. Our calendar is accurate and all inquiries are welcome!

Groceries, natural food stores, cleaners, movie theaters, shopping, pet stores, restaurants all located within 1 mile of property. About one-quarter mile from bike trail and entrance to the greenbelt! Walk, bike and run by lakes and through luscious landscaped areas. About two miles from Kierland and from Old Town Scottsdale. Close to Scottsdale spring training facilities. Near Camelback Mountain and 20 minutes from Pinnacle Peak park.

Convenient location for bowl games, spring training, fall training, hiking, wildflower viewing, golf and Waste Management Open tournament.

The master bath is situated off the master bedroom and has a single sink, large shower with glass block wall to the outside and a toilet. The second bath is located directly across the hall from the second and third bedrooms.

Why Beth Sexworth chose Scottsdale

I searched for some time before locating Desert Oasis. Phoenix and surrounding cities doesn't have a lot of freeways and the city is laid out in grid fashion. Lack of freeways means fairly heavy use of major grid streets and I wanted a home that didn't back up to a major street and that was buffeted from road noise. The location is in north central Scottsdale, which is centrally located to everything. A short drive to the 101 Freeways or the 51 will take you anywhere in the valley, or Scottsdale Road can take you in the the continually expanding far north Scottsdale area or down to Old Town. We're just a few blocks from the Hayden Greenbelt, which is fantastic for walking, jogging, biking or rollerblading along ponds and other scenic for miles.

This house is the perfect location for our family visiting from CO. It is near all the things we love to do when we visit--restaurants, the railroad park, camelback mountain, shopping at Kierland and Fashion Square. In addition, the house is lovely, spacious, and very clean. Our children loved playing in the back yard and we loved the quiet neighborhood, away from the bustle of Scottsdale traffic. Would highly recommend this beautiful home and Beth was a wonderful owner, promptly answering all questions.

Citrus Trees Galore !!!

We had a great time in Scottsdale, the weather was just getting hot, the backyard was a wonderful place to kick back and enjoy a good book, location was perfect, the house was in a quiet neighborhood, all amenities were here, washer, dryer, beds were comfortable.
House was nice and clean, owner could have not been any nicer. There was even a computer for our use.
Recommended for:  Age 55+

Our first rental through VRBO. Wonderful property, very clean and quiet! Lovely home-spacious living areas! Private backyard with fruit trees. We stayed here in January -not only was the weather perfect! But I was at home with the kitchen-we entertained and it was just like home- maybe better! I will definately rent this property again! Thank you for making our trip a GREAT one~!

Great rental place for family...

We rented the house with our friends and we both have young kid. It was so much better than renting hotel rooms. There are lots of space for the kids to play with theire toys. The house has a great big back yard, but too bad it was not hot enough for us to enjoy it when we were there. We had a great time and we will stay at this place again if we ever at Scottsdale again. Thanks again for renting your beautiful home to us.
