The Scottsdale Palms is conveniently located near Old Town Scottsdale adjacent to a golf course, and the greenbelt walking and biking trail. This Scottsdale fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath will sleep 3-4 with 1 king bed in the master suite and full pull-out in the family room. The kitchen and dining room are located to one side of the unit with views of the living area; the master suite and bathroom are located to the other side. Brand new cherry wood floors and 2 extra large patios make this condo a wonderful relaxing retreat.

The Scottsdale Palms is adjacent to a 20 mile exercise trail and has easy access to all of Scottsdale and Tempe and the 101 Freeway. Amenities include two pools, clubhouse, fitness center, private theater and concierge service. Residential shuttle service to Old Town Scottsdale! It is also conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to the Giants Spring Training Stadium. This is an affordable condo rental alternative to high priced hotels in Scottsdale.

Granite counter-tops, brand new wood floors in family room and tile in the kitchen. Comfortable leather sofa with pull-out adds to a lovely living area that opens to one of the two large patios. The patio has a wonderful table with seating for 6. Ceiling fans in the family room and bedroom. A few other features included are:
