Our professionaly furnished, 2 story, 5 bed 4.5 bath home, is located in the new community of Windwood Bay, only a 10 minute drive to the Disney World Resort.

This home has the benefit of 2 King Master Suites and 1 Queen Master Suite along with 2 Twin Bedrooms. All bedrooms have Cable TV. The family room has a TV with DVD/VCR. In the bonus loft area upstairs there is a sectional couch with Cable TV. Our home has a number of unique features: an oversized 30' Pool & Spa (south facing) and a fantastic Games Room.

The heated Pool & Spa have a private aspect and faces south, so ideal for the sunworshippers. There is a large Covered Lanai for those guest who prefer shade.

Within a 5 minute drive of Windwood Bay there is ChampionsGate which has: a Publix Supermarket; various stores & restaurants; the ChampionsGate Golf Complex with two 18 hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the Omni Resort Hotel with a luxury spa & treatment center and a good selection of restaurants.
