Beautifully furnished 5th floor beachfront condo with heated swimming pool and spa which also includes gas grills and a shaded seating area with a beautiful view of the gulf from the pool area. Condo is completely furnished to make your stay feel like home with all new linen, dishes, pots/pans, and freshly painted. This location not only has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico but also has a view of the Intercoastal waterway from the 25' balcony. The living room and both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the balcony. The beach is wide with white sand, quiet, and walking distance to the pier.

We have 2 color TVs, full cable, DVD,CD player, stereo, microwave, ice maker,and all the appliances plus washer and dryer in the condo. Ceiling fans in every room, beach towels, beach chairs, cuzzies, noodles,umbrella, and small ice chest. Bush gardens is a 35 min drive and Disney is 90 min away. Shopping center is 1 mile away and resturants are all up and down the beach.
