Very very nice acomodations, tastefully apointed, the VIEW and serenity are mind boggling, please stay here for the perfect getaway. Quiet and peaceful. We will return again for many years to come!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! The view was absolutely beautiful. The unit was very clean and convenient. It had all necessary stuff to stay comfortably.

The home owner was also very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely come back again!

We spent few days after Christmas in this townhouse and, everything was great : the location, the apartment, very clean and so nice to be front of the Lake all the time, and the owner is very helpful and kind. Just before we arrived, it snowed, so the blue and white lake was awesome. If we can, we probably come back again !

Beautiful Lake Front Home

My friends and I (three of us) stayed in this beautiful lake front home for 2 nights. The house is actually big enough for 4 to 6 people. The condo, right by the lake, is very cozy, clean and convenient. It is well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and a BBQ on the deck. From the house, it is only a short walk to the meadows and beaches where you can hike and swim. However, for us it was too cold to swim, but we did walk through the meadows and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Also, it is only a short drive to the State Line where there are casinos, shops, restaurants and other fun activities. The owner is very easy to work with, which made our whole experience very pleasant and memorable.

The weather was not cooperative during our stay in June. It was a bit windy and cold. Luckily, the house is very close to the lake and has an excellent view from inside. We could still enjoy the lake in the comfort of our living room and one of the bedrooms.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will come back again - hopefully during some warmer days. We highly recommend this home to anyone who plans to visit South Lake Tahoe in the future.

Fantastic!

My husband and I always celebrate our February birthdays and Valentine's Day in Tahoe. We used to stay at one of the local hotels however this year we were travelling with our 9 months old baby boy and our beloved dog so we decided to rent a cabin. This one was pricier than other offers we were considering but boy... it was SO WORTH IT! The unit was very clean (most important thing for me), comfortable, nicely furnished with all hi-tech equipment and its location was literally on the water! We felt like home from the moment we stepped in. The only down side was the fact we fought a really bad cold while being there and didn't get to enjoy everything the cabin and the nearby are had to offer but... we will be back in a few months. Already look forward to it! Thank you Melody for being such a wonderful host!
