Wonderful family getaway in exclusive New Seabury. Great spot for entertaining with dining room that seats 8 as well as an outside patio that seats 6 by the private heated pool. Master bedroom overlooks pool with additional comfortable bedroom with twin beds. 3rd bedroom also used as a den with queen size pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, blender and lobster pot and utensils. Near dozens of restaurants as well numerous public golf courses. Town and state beaches 1.5 miles away. Beach chairs, new kayaks and paddles, bikes, cooler, beach towels, linens, all included. Enjoy Cape Cod at its best.
