Private Beach Association allows for use of private boat ramp, tennis courts ,while also providing beach lifeguards July/Aug, swim-to raft and organized family/beach activities. Outdoor family movie plays every Sunday night on tennis courts. This two-story open floor plan home includes two indoor dining tables (seating for 12 total) plus screened in porch with dining for 8. Other features include fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, gas barbecue grill, outdoor hot & cold shower stall, sattelite TV, WiFi/high speed Internet, central air and new TVs with drop in DVD players in every room. Filtered water faucet in kitchen sink.

We spent a week here last summer and are going back this year. Our family (2 boys- 2 and 5) had a great time. It is a nice quiet street and a short walk to the beach. Our 5 year old loved riding his bike around the streets. The house was clean, well kept and Eileen was very thoughtful. The cable was not working in one of the bedrooms and she left us a nice note letting us know this and that she would get it fixed as soon as possible. We, of course, didn't spend much time watching TV in the bedroom, so it wasn't a big deal. We look forward to returning this summer :)
