When you think of Florida with its beautiful sunsets, you should think of Sand Key. If you enjoy sleeping with the sound of the waves, this beach front suite on the Gulf is ideal. Added bonus: It is newly remodeled. We have many repeat guests (that alone says a lot).

As a gated community on Clearwater Beach, right on Gulf Boulevard, this Suite is both secure and quiet and very near a wide variety of activities and amenities. With several restaurants within walking distance, this unit is well located.

About The Owner

Since we are fairly active, we enjoy the Gulf Coast. Whether you like running, biking, or swimming, or just being outdoors, this location offers enough variety for everyone.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2004
Why The Owner chose Sand Key

After seven years of enjoying the sun, food, beaches, sunsets, and sporting events, we decided to buy a place on Gulf Blvd. Our criteria was simple. It had to be on the Gulf, right on the beach. It had to have unobstructed sunsets, hear the waves at night, and see dolphins. With a view of the intracoastal waters allowing sunrises and a twelfth floor view of the Gulf, this suite met all of these and more.

What makes this condo unique

While Sand Key is uniquely positioned near shops, restaurants, grocery stores, cultural and sporting events and activities, it is also quietly secluded. And with the on-site amenities, it is easy to relax.

Looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comfort of home look no more this is the unit. The view from the balcony is magnificent, the beach unbeatable and the condo as beautifully decorated as shown. Location is only 40 minutes away from Tampa, minutes to Publix and many restaurants to choose from. For families who wish to visit Disney it’s only 1 hr 45 minute drive, leave in the morning and return at night. You’ll never want to leave.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

The description, pictures, and conversations with the owner don't do this place justice. The views, amenities, and the layout were better than expected. We had a great time. The sunsets and view from the balcony were well phenominal.
