This cozy, comfy, canal front duplex is located in Port Pine Heights within the Key Deer Reserve where deer roam throughout the area, and will come right up to the front of the residence. It’s a great, quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood. It is situated on ground level, no stilts. There are several wildlife viewing trails in close proximity to the home. These trails offer an opportunity to view key deer, migratory birds, and enjoy viewing some of Florida's natural hardwood hammock. The residence is near Key West, one of the most Historical cities in the US. You can enjoy a vibrant night out on the town that includes restaurants, nightclubs, and other attractions, and after a short drive return to your peaceful hideaway. The home is very clean and well maintained.

There’s a screened patio that's great for your breakfast. Behind the residence sits a canal where you can enjoy viewing fish swim up to the seawall. There is also a neighborhood boat ramp which provides direct boating access to the residence for the duration of your stay. Besides great fishing in the Gulf and/or Atlantic, some of the many local attractions include, diving at Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, kayaking in the backwaters, swimming and snorkeling at Bahia Honda State Park which is only 15 minutes from the residence, and was noted as America’s best beach in 1992.
