Make memories with family and friends in our cute, smoke free, ranch style, cottage on sparkling, spring-fed Diamond Lake in SW Michigan. It is a TRUE WATERFRONT cottage with great views and private pier. It is located on the south side of Diamond Lake with very limited traffic and great neighbors. Diamond Lake is the largest inland lake in SW Michigan. A fun filled ALL SPORTS lake more than 1,000 acres.

There are several golf courses in the area including the new Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course opening to the public in 2010 only 45 minutes away. You-Pick farm markets, Amish Shipshewana & Goshen, Notre Dame, and South Bend, IN are only 30 minutes away. Chicago is 2.25 hours away. You'll find everything you need to have a great vacation.

This property was used by our family for more than 25 years. This property was purchased for the quality of the lake, the great location of the cottage directly on the lake and having the ability to walk to the lake without steps. The cottage has the charm of real wood paneling and a great lakeside 3 season room that makes entertaining easy and delightful.

What makes this cottage unique

We enjoy all the sports available on this spring-fed lake. It's a great property where people can entertain family and friends or just be quiet and read books, take walks along the cottages or bike around the lake.

A Great Vacation Rental

My family had a wonderful and quiet one-week stay at this Diamond Lake property. The cottage was quite comfortable for my six family members and the home was very well equipped with most every household necessity you could want. I especially liked the Weber gas grill which did a great job cooking several meals. The cottage owners were very responsive and helpful during our communication about renting the cottage and the Diamond Lake neighbors were very kind and hospitable folks. All in all, a great place for a family get-together.

Diamond Lake is one of the best lakes in Southwest Michigan to stay at! The water is warm, a beautiful blue and I always love to return here every year! The cabin is always very clean and on a really nice location. It easily accomodates 8-10 people. The kitchen is good sized and the back porch is so nice to sit back and relax in. The cabin's location is on the more quieter side of Diamond Lake. The owners are extremely helpful and accomodating. I would recommend this place to anyone. You won't regret staying here, just only that you have to leave.

Perfect 3 bedroom rental for a week at Diamond Lake. On the South end of the lake, excellent sunset views. We loved the sunroom -- great views of the lake and perfect for reading or board games. No complaints whatsoever. We were able to sleep 2 families comfortably across the 3 bedrooms and the sofa bed.

My family and I stayed at this cottage for two weeks in mid-September. It was absolutely wonderful. The fishing was great, the lake wonderfully clean for swimming, and the location close to restaurants and tranquil country drives.

The porch on this cottage is its best characteristic. The views from the porch are great for morning coffee and evening wine. The cottage comfortably sleeps 8, but we had up to 10 people sleeping there at one time just fine.

I would recommend bringing plenty of reading material and wine, because this place is relaxing!
