Brand new tile, white granite counter tops, dark wood cabinetry with chrome accents. Stainless steel appliances, Custom furniture and impressive design surrounds you as you take in the breathtaking water views from your balcony.

You will also enjoy 50' flat-screen plasma TVs in the LR, a 42' flat screen plasma in the Master BR and a 32' TV in the 2nd BR. Everything you will need is at your fingertips. The Flamingo is the largest residential property in all of South Beach. 2 Infiniti pools overlooking the bay, Private Beach, Restaurants and Bars located on the complex, 14,000 sq ft David Barton Gym, even beach volleyball and rooftop basketball.

We also offer full service concierge to enhance your vacation needs with over 30+ services. Manicures, pedicures, facials, massages are available at your request...we even have our own private chef. We had so much fun! The complex is awesome! We were a big group (6 people) and didn't want to get two expensive hotels rooms. This was the perfect solution. The penthouse was spacious, clean, balcony has a beautiful view, and is perfectly located. The complex has a big pool, hot tub, and is walking distance from Lincoln road and a cute street called Espanola Way, with a bunch of spanish restaurants (Havanas 1957 has delicious authentic Cuban food!). Ocean Road and the Beach are walking distance, too or a short $5 cab ride. We spoke with Ryan and his assistance throughout the stay, they were both responsive and helpful. Ryan called the week before the trip to verify check in times and make sure we were excited! I definitely would recommend We Own South Beach and I think I want to try We Own Vegas next!

Great South Beach Vacation!!!

My wife and myself met my 2 cousins in South Beach for a 4 day vacation. The Flamingo Resort is a beautiful property with the perfect location. Just a short walk to Lincoln Rd and Washington for great shopping and restaurants. Also less than a 5 min ride to ocean drive. The unit was perfect. Clean and spacious with a balcony with the best view of the water!

Ryan the owner of We Own South Beach was great from the booking all the way thru our vacation. I highly recommend his added services such as complimentary grocery delivery prior to arrival. Anything we needed during our stay he was only a call or text away. Definitely look forward to vacationing in this unit again and dealing with Ryan and We Own South Beach!

We were so impressed with the unit!! The views from every room were amazing!! Ryan was very helpful! From our night arrival to our departure he was with us. Ryan was very easily available throughout our stay via text or call. The grocery list that I supplied was all availble once we arrieved including a birthday cake as well as balloons for my son's 16th birthday.

We had a very active stay. We went to the Miami Zoo, jet skiied, Heat game, parasailing, scooter rentals just to name a few...all was wonderful!!
When we plan our next trip we will gladly see what Ryan has available.

Awesome Views!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. The views from the condo are amazing. The condo is very large and spacious. The flatscreen TVs and beds were great. The location is pretty good (easy walking distance to lincoln rd shops and night life of collins/ocean. Negatives/Areas for improvement: parking is horrible (valet parking isn't really "valet" parking....it's like a mile from the garage to south tower *slight exxageration) and the kitchen should be updated. Then again if this place had new cabinets/stainless steel appliances it would have probably been out of my budget. Overall experience A+++. Would to stay here again the next time I'm in Miami.

Ryan is absolutely the best. He did everything that he could to make our stay awesome. Our party of 6 adults and 1 child came in to celebrate my son's 25th birthday. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures (bathrooms really are that small), well maintained and comfortable.

Regardless of the request, Ryan always responded with "no worries," and managed to fill the request in a timely fashion and always with a smile. He even brought us a delicious custom birthday cake with my son's picture on it.

Positives: Location, affordability, on site and nearby activities, Ryans assistance, deposit returned on day of departure

Negatives: One access key (needed for outer doors, elevators, pool, etc) for 6 adults was a bit tricky, but we made it work.
