Excellent location and well maintained. Abundant utensils and kitchen requirements. We had our family for one week (10) and certainly had plenty of room. Weather did not co-operate this year but the numerous activities and dining establishments near Barefoot ensured boredom was not a concern. Dealing with ODVR was pleasurable and we had our security deposit returned within 7 days, Will certainly return and definitely recommend.

Nice Condo but poor service

It has taken me a while to get around to writing this - probably more vivid as I'm currently booking this years vacation. The unit was nice and we shared it with a family. No complaints about the location, size etc...

It was not very clean when we checked in - but I'm laid back and it wasn't terrible. When we checked out we went through the unit twice to leave it in "better shape than we found it". Needless to say we were pretty angry when our security deposit was held. My advice is to just budget it into the rate or take a lot of pictures, something we regretted not doing.

What a beautiful condo, It was a gorgeous view of the Intracoastal, and we enjoyed watching the boats go by. Great location and pool, The condo was very clean as well. We'll be back!

Our stay at the North tower was amazing. We had a great time and the weather was very Hot. I thought the unit could of been a bit more cleaner. I did alot of shopping. My kids went to the alligatore adventure and helicopter ride. The beaches are very nice and clean. B &B Antiques is a must to check out. Favorite place to eat was golden corral for the price and the selection of food. Broadway on the Beach is another must do down there. Cannot wait to come back next summer!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

What a fantastic condo overlooking the intracoastal waterway of Myrtle Beach!!! We felt so at home with the beautiful decor, amenities and cleanliness - even great games to play if you want to just relax and stay in! We would rate this particular condo a 5-star and look forward to returning! Great local shopping too (including Black Market Minerals and PURPLEologist), restaurants, local theatre, etc.!
