Outdoor Option: This is a 150 acre farm. The private trails are available for hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing. The land is surrounded by miles of country roads that would please any bicyclist. We are a 30 minute drive from Burke Mountain.

The Seasons: The home is a four season residence offering you solitude with sophistication. From the house you can watch the Fall colors, enjoy a view of the green mountains, and hike out the back door. In the summer, the home and land is delightful, with a back yard suitable for croquet or Baci, a deck for lounging, and a screened sun room for year round dining. In the winter, the home is plowed for easy access to the garage door. From the back door you can snow shoe or ski out into surrounding woods for a unique private nature experience. Enjoy lunch in the warmth of the sun room surrounded by snow!

Dining Out and Other Local Needs: Not far from the farm are excellent dining options, grocery store, library, bookstores, and coffee shops. Several offer free WiFi access.

Ski: This house has private trails for snow shoeing and cross country skiing. It is also an easy drive to Burke Mountain which has excellent uncrowded down hill skiing and snowboarding. A nearby town offers ice skating and in-door pool.
