This stunning four bedroom three and a half bath golf course home is located on a quiet street yet is convenient to the resorts amenities. This warm and inviting red cedar shake home is intertwined among huge Live Oaks, with the homes many windows, abundant natural lighting and all of the living areas, Master Bedroom and guest wing on the second floor combine to give this casually elegant home the feel and seclusion of a tree house. Additional features are: hardwood decks, a vaulted porch overlooking the 5th fairway of the Links Course, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, Kitchen aide and Decor appliances, warm heart of pine floors through out the home, Relax in the Sunroom adjacent to the Kitchen which features it’s own bar, ice machine and wine cooler, soaring ceilings crown the Family Room that features a wood burning fire place and custom built in cabinetry. The guest wing features a sitting room with cypress wainscoting, bathroom, bedroom and porch.

Wild Dunes is located on the northern tip of the Isle of Palms, S. C., an Atlantic barrier island which features six miles of sandy beaches, orange pink sunsets over beautiful inlets and coastal marshes, providing a relaxing get away for residents and visitors alike. With all of this natural beauty and the resorts two golf courses, pools, restaurants, a marina and bicycle trails there are plenty of activities within the resort, yet you are only 25 minutes from the charm and beauty of downtown Charleston where you can explore the Charleston Market, tour historic homes, visit the new aquarium, or just take a historic stroll along the Battery. Revolutionary and Civil War buffs should plan visits to Fort Sumter in Charleston Harbor and Fort Moultrie at the southern end of Sullivan's Island. The Town of Mount Pleasant, only 10 minutes away over the IOP connector, has several grocery stores, cinemas, as well as upscale shopping and some of the finest seafood restaurants in the Low Country.

Golf at the Resort: The home is located on the 5th hole of the famous Links Golf Course one of the two Tom Fazio designed Golf Couses in the resort. The Links Course being the most aclaimed has two oceanside finishing holes and the Harbor Course has several holes on the Intercoastal Waterway. Both courses offer a good challenge to golfers of all abilities. The Wild Dunes Sports Card included with you rental provides our guests access to all of the resorts amenities including the best rates on greens fees and discounts in the resorts restaurants and Shoppes including the pro shop. A Golf Cart is available as additional resort transportation under a separate rental agreement.
