This is a private elegant luxury villa in a beautiful quiet living area, in a dream location on the south shore of a saltwater lake, with motor boat (can be rented) direct access to sea without lock. THERE IS NO OIL OIL ON THE BEACHES IN THIS AREA: SOILED BEACHES ARE ON THE SHORES OF ALABAMA, MISSISSIPPI AND LOUISIANA; APPR: 350 MILES NORTH FROM HERE. The living room with cathedral ceiling forms a great room with dining and kitchen area, including a bar-like counter on the kitchen front. A triple glass sliding door allows the integration of the oversized terrace being the actual recreation area. You have a breathtaking view from living room and terrace over solar heated pool to the large lake, flanked by palm trees and tropical plants. City water and sewer provided, additional carbon filter provides best possible water for drinking and ice cubes. Satellite TV offers over 90 programmes. The pool is oversized, approx. 34.5 feet, and filled with very mild saltwater, no chlorine is added.

THERE IS NO OIL ON THE BEACHES IN THIS AREA ! THE DAMAGED OI WELL IS 350 MILES NORTH; AND THE BEACHES THERE ARE IN THE STATES OF ALABAMA , MISSISSIPPI AND LOUISIANA .

The villa is located on a peninsula on the mouth of the Caloosahatchee-river, canalized for more than 600 miles to offer waterfront lots, with direct sea access in the southwest area. Short distance to shopping centers, Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers beaches are 20 to 30 minutes and there are many golf courses within 5 and 30 minutes.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The rental rates are Euro 100.-( appr. $ 130.- dep. on exchange rate ) per day for two adults. Euro 10 ( appr. $ 13 ) per day are added for each additional adult. Children up to 12 years are free. For Christmas and Easter the rent is 20 % higher. For final cleaning US$ 130 are to be paid to the house management. For rent and cleaning 11% tax must be added.
    Power is included up to $ 50.- per week. This is a fair value, when doors and windows are kept close for heating in winter and cooling in summer.
  • For security to cover possible damages Euro 250 ($ 300) are withheld. Deductions for possible damages are to be settled between renter and house manager. After deduction of the telephone bill the remaining difference will be paid back within two months after rental.
  • The motor boat can be rented at special price for the renters for Euro 490 ( app. $ 650,-) per week, including insurance. An operating license is not required, but appreciated. At least experience in handling of motorboat is desirable. For security to cover possible damages a deposit of Euro 400,- ($ 500,-) is required. Introduction to boat handling and operating rules will be given by the house manager for a reasonable fee. The house management is a qualified German couple. They are at your service for all questions concerning house, shopping and any other activities. They speak English fluently. Details about payment terms will be settled with rental contract.

Notes: All floors are tiled. TV with satellite dish. Internet DSL- wi-fi.City water and sewer, many houses in Cape Coral have a well in one corner of the lot and a sewer tank on the opposite corner. 3 supermarkets , fish shop and german bakery nearby.We live ourselves in the house for two months per year, each in fall and spring and take good care, so the house is always in best condition, much better than many houses that are used only for commercial reasons.

The house is very conveniently located to great shopping, golf courses, and of course, the gulf islands of Sanibel and Captiva. It is very well kept, clean and up-to-date with terrific kitchen amenities. The salt water pool is a nice change from chlorine too. We brought the extended family with us and there was plenty of room for a large group. We felt very at home and comfortable. Highly recommend it. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with too.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Das Haus ist wunderschön und toll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand.
Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders empfehlenswert ist es, das Boot mit zu mieten, um an Strände am Golf von Mexico zu gelangen, die mit dem Auto nicht zu erreichen sind.
Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich um uns gekümmert.
