This is a private elegant luxury villa in a beautiful quiet living area, in a dream location on the south shore of a saltwater lake, with motor boat (can be rented) direct access to sea without lock. The living room with cathedral ceiling forms a great room with dining and kitchen area, including a bar-like counter on the kitchen front. A triple glass sliding door allows the integration of the oversized terrace being the actual recreation area. You have a breathtaking view from living room and terrace over solar heated pool to the large lake, flanked by palm trees and tropical plants. City water and sewer provided, additional carbon filter provides best possible water for drinking and ice cubes. Satellite TV offers over 90 programmes. The pool is oversized, approx. 10.5 m, and filled with very mild saltwater, no chlorine is added.

The villa is situated on a peninsula on the mouth of the Caloosahatchee-river, canalized for more than 1000 kilometer to offer adjacent house-lots, with sea access in the southwest area. It is a short distance to shopping centers, Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers beaches are 20 to 30 minutes and there are many golf courses within 5 and 30 minutes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rates are for two adults. Euro 10 per day are added for each additional adult. Children up to 12 years are free. For final cleaning US$ 130 are to be paid to the house management. For rent and cleaning 11% tax is added.
  • For security to cover possible damages Euro 250 ($ 300) are withheld. Deductions for possible damages are to be settled between renter and house manager. After deduction of the telephone bill the remaining difference will be paid back within two months after rental.
  • The motor boat can be rented at special price for the renters for Euro 490 ($ 580,-) per week, including insurance. An operating license is not required, but appreciated. At least experience in handling of motorboats is required. For security to cover possible damages a deposit of Euro 450,- ($ 540,-) is required. Introduction to boat handling and operating rules will be given by the house manager for a reasonable fee. The house management is a qualified German couple. They are at your service for all questions concerning house, shopping and any other activities. They speak English fluently. Details about payment terms will be settled with rental contract.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und toll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand.
Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders empfehlenswert ist es, das Boot mit zu mieten, um an Strände am Golf von Mexico zu gelangen, die mit dem Auto nicht zu erreichen sind.
Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich um uns gekümmert.

Dieses Haus können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist TOP ausgestattet mit allen technischen Möglichkeiten.
Ein wahrer Traum ist die Ausfahrt mit dem Boot zum golf von Mexico oder zu einigen schönen buchten.
Bei Hilfe mit dem Haus oder dem Boot war binnen kurzer Zeit deutschsprachige Hilfe vor Ort.

Haus mit Boot, ein tolles Erlebnis!

Mehr als drei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen, geräumigen, gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichten, komfortablen Villa waren sehr erholsam und erlebnisreich für uns. Das Haus ist traumhaft am See gelegen und man erreicht die Küste und die tolle abwechslungsreiche Wasserlandschaft mit unzähligen Inseln schon nach kurzer, interessanter Fahrt durch die Kanäle mit dem hauseigenen Boot. Der Kontakt zum Hauseigentümer vor und nach unserer Reise und die Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung während unseres Urlaubs war vorbildlich und sehr hilfreich.

Wir waren im Januar 2009 in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu Gast und können dieses bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist perfekt und es gibt nichts, was fehlt, selbst Hummerzangen sind vorrätig.
Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und der Vermieter steht immer telefonisch zur Verfügung.
Das war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub in diesem Haus.

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Aussicht auf einen See, die im Gegensatz zur direkten Lage am Kanal, einen schönen Weitblick gestattet. Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 9 und 15 Jahren, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
