Our representatives were very helpful and accommodating; however, the description of what they were offering and what we got were miles apart. It was certainly a clean apartment; but it was not a newly renovated, luxurious apartment close to popular tourist attractions and a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Opera. There was no separate WC, the kitchen was poorly equipped with minimal and tarnished utensils, the wifi did not work, there was often no hot water in the kitchen, we had to call our representative to get a second roll of toilet tissue for a 4-night stay, there was no air conditioning and one of the two fans profided did not work. The managing agents were very helpful and quick to respond to our requests; but for the price we payed to get a luxurious, penthouse apartment we should not have had to make any requests. I would stay here again only because of the managing representative in apartment #4.
Owner's Response: We offer our valued guests more than 15 apartments of various sizes (studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom), varied furnishing (modern, and classical elegant) and naturally different prices in several locations of Vienna. All of these apartments which are fully equipped and very well furnished are self-catering and have well served our highly satisfied guests in the past decade. Our offer of accommodations to our potential guests are based on the number of persons in their party, proximity to the specific locations desired (e.g., conference centers, sightseeing places, UN offices) and their budget. The very detailed description of each apartment offered is presented in our e-mail correspondence to our guests with the respective prices.
Unfortunately, there are guests which pay less attention to the details provided for a particular apartment offered to them. For example no where in our communication with the guest in review we have indicated that the apartment offered has air-conditioning. Also we have clearly indicated that the apartment offered is self-catering that is the guests need to buy their own usable supplies needed for the apartment. For the convenience of the guests we provide initial basic usable supplies and clearly as stated our apartments are self-catering and are not operated like a hotel.
The ADSL internet services provided at the apartments works both with WiFi and cable. The computer of some of the guests requires re-configuration. In this case our representative assisted the guests to re-configure their computer.
The guests of the apartment in question consisted of two, were offered a highly discounted prices for a two-bedroom apartment for being a senior citizen expressed to have limited budget. In one of the two-bedroom apartment offered the WC was separate from the bathroom. However, the guests opted for another two-bedroom apartment which bathroom and the WC are in the same room. Naturally, in their second selection they did not realize this feature that the WC and the bathroom are together.
Naturally, our organization and staff are fully committed to continue provide high quality services to our valued guests as has been done in the past decade.
