This fabulous 1940's bungalow boasts 3 large bedrooms & 2 beautifully tiled baths, park-like setting w/water feature, screened-in sun porch & a historic 1880's Lone Star brick patio, perfect for lounging or having a BBQ. Home is fully furnished w/linens, towels, sleeper sofa, dining room set. Two bedrooms have office desks. WiFi, cable, two flat screen televisions, kitchen items (pots, pans, etc) & high efficiency W/D. Located less than 2 miles from Zilker/Barton Springs & less than one mile to the famous SOCO strip. Also close to downtown, convention center, Clarksville, music venues, flagship Whole Foods, UT games, gradualtions, SXSW, ACL & everything else you want to see & do. Just across the street is Cafe Caffeine & Thai Fresh grocery & cafe; two doors down is David's Convenience Store. Film crews and production companies welcome! Private parking for up to 8 vehicles.
