Second bedroom contains a Queen bed, ceiling fan and a west facing 10’x10’ Balcony with Bristo Table and chairs. White wicker rocking chair. Lots of light. Listen to the surf as you fall asleep. A full bath is located in the hall between the two bedrooms. All bathrooms contain a Hair Dryer and plenty of Oversized Towels.

SPECIAL THINGS: A large reef and Tide Pool area at the bottom of the Beach Access stairwell is exposed at low tide. It is covered with Starfish, Sea Anemones and more! Firewood is provided for your use at the Fire pit located in the exclusive Community Park. You are also welcome to use the two old fashion style Bicycles located in the garage. Please feel free to use the two ocean Skim Boards and Kite located in the basement. Olivia Beach is a charming community that has a very special feel, perfect for feeling like you are truly on vacation.
