Our stay was just what we hoped for...the Villa was exactly like the pictures, very clean, spacious, the table was even set for us (we arrived late afternoon)...nice touch! The check in went very smoothly, and the clubhouse staff were very accommodating..the day of departure we had a late flight so we spent the day at the clubhouse pool, very relaxing!
At the Villa, beds were comfy, and the atmosphere cozy and perfect for winding down. The location, ideal, very close to all attractions. Loved the security at the gates, felt very safe. The only critique would be the pool area, we were expecting the hot tub to be hotter than the pool, not a big deal, but it would have been nice.
Overall, we would return to vacation there if travelling that way again!

Owner's Response: Pool heat was never ordered. You need to order pool heat for the spa to heat. Customer didn't understand this.
