Villa Iliana is located in a olive grove valley in Kalivia, with lots of terraces to enjoy the views of the sea and absolutely fantastic sunrise. The villa have a private, infinity pool (8x5 m) with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is an elaborate barbecue and dining area.

More than 60 beautiful beaches on Skiathos. 2 km to the nearest beach - Xanemos, about 5 min drive. 13 km to Koukounaries, one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece.

We have visited Skiathos many times and stayed in various Villa's over the years but since we found Villa Iliana we have returned here several times - it has become our favourite spot on the Island. The Villa enjoys a stunning location with the most fabulous views, it is totally private and not overlooked at all. The layout works particularly well with a fabulous terrace and BBQ area leading off the lounge. The Villa is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need - a real home from home and absolutely spotless. The pool area is just stunning and again always spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. Stamatis the owner could not be more helpful and is always available should you need him. The three bedrooms are very comfortable and the linen and towels are frequently changed. There is plenty of storage space and the two bathrooms (one en-suite) have excellent facilities. Can't think of a single thing we don't like about the Villa and other friends we have recommended have also loved it. There is a good supermarket just a short drive away and several excellent restaurants nearby. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Iliana for a perfect Skiathos holiday.

Cannot fault this gorgeous Villa. Very comfortable home with fantastic pool and breathtaking views.
Have stayed in many Villas on different Greek Islands but this was just unbelievably beautiful !!
Only one thing we really hated.... Coming home and leaving Villa Liliana.
Things we loved the most were....
Watching the stunning sun rise from your bed every morning!
Having BBQ's watching the sunset on the many terraces.
How green and lush the gardens were.
The privacy of the Villa... Not overlooked and no noise !
The exceptional high standard of the furnishings etc Spotless throughout.
Far away enough from the hussle of the main town, but close enough if you really wanted something more lively to do in the evenings without going far.
Exploring all the many different and fantastic beaches that are all quite close.
The Mama Mia boat trips have to be done!!! (from the old Port)
The local tavernas are all very good... All good value and food was always fantastic.
Our favourites were the ones near to the Villa in the hills. Panoramic was our most visited.
A big thank you to Stamatis for being so helpful and for letting us rent his amazing home.
We will without a doubt be returning again!!!!
