Gourmet kitchen has granite slab counters, double oven, gas range, and a center island with a breakfast bar. Master bedroom features a queen bed and a 5 piece bath. Lower level has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a family room with TV and a bar. There is a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds. The location of this home give you easy access to the best of Colorado mountains: Skiing at Sol Vista Basin, Golfing at Headwaters Golf Course, Boating at Granby Lake, Hiking hundreds of miles or trails with amazing views of the Continental Divide, and Fly Fishing on Blue Ribbon Fraser River.

A free shuttle is available to take you from the neighborhood to the base of SolVista. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive. There are miles of Nordic skiing terrain within short distances at SolVista , Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil's Thumb Resort. Grand Lake and the three lakes (Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake) are all within a 15 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, biking, golfing, fishing, all types of boating, and much, much more.
