Fantastic apartment in fantastic location

This is a great apartment. We had 6 adults stay for a week in January 2011, and really enjoyed our visit.
The layout of the space is great. The living room is cozy but accommodating, the bedrooms are small, but the lofts provide great sleeping room. There are small dressers in each bedroom to help minimize clutter. The bathroom is small and there is not a lot of counter space.
The kitchen is also small, but you can cook. The 2 mini refrigerators helped with storing prep foods for a big group.
The wifi was especially helpful and easy to access. The apartment is on the first floor of the building so you don't have to deal with stairs. The floor heaters kept everything warm, but be careful of how many outlets you use. It is an older building and it is easy to trip the fuse.
The location is great. There is a bus stop right out the front door and Columbus Circle is a 5-7 minute walk.
The owners/rental agents are friendly and great. Easy check in right in the building was a plus and check out was also a breeze. We ended up needing to stay and extra night due to a snow storm and they were vey accommodating and pro-active in making sure that we were taken care of.
I recommend this apartment and would stay there again.
